My Approach
I hold a master’s degree in psychoeducation from the Université de Montréal and am a member of the Order of Psychoeducators of Québec. I have over 11 years of experience working with a diverse clientele, with a particular focus on adults facing various adaptation challenges. Over the years, I have worked extensively with individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, depressive symptoms, emotional regulation difficulties, and more. My approach is distinguished by a cognitive-behavioral and systemic perspective, placing my clients’ needs and interests at the heart of interventions to promote self-determination. With a dynamic and compassionate nature, my goal is to support you in adapting and improving your daily life.
