My Approach
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO
I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Université de Hearst in Ontario. I also have a background in psychology from the Université de Montréal, along with a specialization in intervention.
Professionally, I have gained diverse experience working with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing mental health and relational challenges. I have worked in various clinical settings, which has allowed me to develop an approach that is tailored to the unique realities and needs of each individual.
My therapeutic approach primarily integrates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), while also taking into account the cultural and social dynamics that influence psychological well-being. I place strong emphasis on active listening, empathetic support, and the development of concrete strategies to guide clients through their healing journey.
In my psychotherapy work, I specialize in self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and resolving relational difficulties. I work with both individuals and couples seeking to improve their communication and relational dynamics.
