The role of the professional is to inform the intended parents or the surrogate about the psychosocial and ethical implications of a surrogacy project. Certain prerequisites have been defined by law for a surrogacy project outside of Quebec to be authorized or to allow the legal establishment of parentage when all parties in the project are domiciled in Quebec, namely: that the intended parents and the surrogate mother, if she is domiciled in Quebec, have attended a meeting on the psychosocial implications and ethical issues of such a project before the start of any procreation process. The management of the information contained therein is carried out in strict compliance with the directives of the Regulation on Files, Consultation Offices, and Other Offices, as well as with the standards governing the cessation of practice of members of the Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Qu\u00e9bec. They are committed to upholding the high standards set by the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Code de d\u00e9ontologie des sexologues<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and following the regulations laid out by the professional order. Your well-being and quality of care are paramount to us.<\/span><\/p><h2>Fees and Session Procedure<\/h2><p>n the context of your process, it is essential that you honor your commitments regarding fees and the cancellation policy. You agree to pay the fees for the information meeting by bank transfer.<\/p><h2>Absence<\/h2><p>If you are unable to attend a session, please notify me as soon as possible by sending an email to <a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer\">amsexologue@gmail.com<\/a>. No fees will be charged for any cancellation made within 24 hours. However, the total amount will be required if the cancellation is not made at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p><h2>Late Arrival<\/h2><p>n the event of tardiness, the amount corresponding to the entire session will be required. However, the session will end at the scheduled time. If the therapist is not punctual, the session will still last 3 hours to avoid disadvantaging you.<\/p><h2>Informed Consent<\/h2><p>I declare that I have read and understood the form and that a copy has been provided to me.
