Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO<\/strong><\/h2>

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Universit\u00e9 de Hearst<\/em> in Ontario. I also have a background in psychology from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al<\/em>, along with a specialization in intervention.<\/p>

Professionally, I have gained diverse experience working with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing mental health and relational challenges. I have worked in various clinical settings, which has allowed me to develop an approach that is tailored to the unique realities and needs of each individual.<\/p>

My therapeutic approach primarily integrates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), while also taking into account the cultural and social dynamics that influence psychological well-being. I place strong emphasis on active listening, empathetic support, and the development of concrete strategies to guide clients through their healing journey.<\/p>

In my psychotherapy work, I specialize in self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and resolving relational difficulties. I work with both individuals and couples seeking to improve their communication and relational dynamics.<\/p><\/div>
